Job ID: 181143 Overview UnityPoint at Home – RN or LPN Visit Pediatrics – Part‑time 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week) overnight shift 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Wednesday‑Friday in Jesup, IA. Responsibilities As a pediatric home‑care RN or LPN, you will: Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric–young adult patients with special health‑care needs in their homes. Perform patient assessments, feedings, respiratory system management, medication administration, activities of daily living, and therapy programs. Assist with care coordination with the care team and may be responsible for patient transportation. Qualifications Graduate of a State Board approved program for Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses and hold a current valid license. Strong computer skills. Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures. Maintain an acceptable driving record (no OWI convictions in the last 7 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years). An unacceptable driving record may result in suspension, termination or transfer to another position that does not require driving. Team‑oriented collaborative work style. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Card with recertification.
