Contract | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
• Perform triage, assessment, and prioritization of patients presenting with a wide range of conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the treating physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical findings in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois or a compact license
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Prior experience in an emergency department or acute care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high-acuity and trauma patients in an ED environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong critical thinking and ability to perform effectively under pressure
