Euro Service Automotive is a busy European specialty shop serving drivers throughout Northern Virginia.
Our shop stays booked approximately 2.5 weeks out , providing experienced technicians with consistent workflow year-round. We invest in OEM-level diagnostic equipment, ongoing training, and a collaborative team environment where quality repairs always come first.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair European vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and OEM software
- Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and accurately document vehicle condition
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, maintenance, and mechanical concerns
- Utilize Shop-Ware, Steer CRM, Autologic, iScan, BMW ISTA, and manufacturer-specific diagnostic software
- Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle condition
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to maintain an efficient workflow
- Deliver accurate, high-quality repairs the first time
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience preferred
- Strong experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles required
- A-Level European Automotive Technician preferred; experienced B-Level European Technicians will also be considered
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using OEM diagnostic equipment and manufacturer software
- ASE Certifications are a plus but not required
- Virginia State Safety Inspector License is a plus but not required
