Job Summary At CareBuilders at Home – Pittsburgh, we're seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors and adults by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and laundry Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support Offer medication reminders and assist with daily living activities Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our care team Requirements 18 years or older Experience (professional or personal) providing care or companionship High School Diploma or GED required Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation is a must – a personal vehicle is preferred Ability to pass background check and state clearance requirements What We Offer Competitive Pay: $16 - $19 HOURLY Flexible scheduling: 4-, 8-, or 10-hour shifts Day, evening, overnight, and weekend options Health insurance and referral bonuses Supportive, team-oriented culture Ongoing paid training and education opportunities Recognized as a 2023 Best of Home Care – Leader in Training (Top 25% of providers nationwide!)
