Trustpoint.One has partnered with a New York government-adjacent agency in their search for Real Estate Paralegals with strong commercial experience for a potential three-month remote project! Duties will include: Review of commercial leases and development agreements Create lease abstracts Create abstracts of other project-related materials Perform related research relating to commercial real estate matters Other related duties as needed The qualified Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will have the following experience: Hands-on experience with review and abstracting of commercial leases MUST have the ability to commute to New York City if needed Must have the ability to work 40 hours per week, during traditional business hours This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who is seeking a steady opportunity doing the work they enjoy, on a mainly remote basis, in addition to being an integral part of a very busy team handling a large volume of work.
