Primary Care Physician Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Location: Owings Mills, MD Compensation: Starting salary of $250,000 annually, increasing to $300,000 annually upon reaching a full patient panel A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for immediate placement to join its growing team in Owings Mills, MD . This opening represents an immediate new seat opportunity at a practice location currently operating at full patient capacity with an active waitlist. With a dedicated, fully equipped clinical pod ready on-site, the incoming physician will step into an ideal environment designed for seamless panel growth and long-term professional success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
- Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients
- Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team
- Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards
- Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

- Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
- Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or active license eligible for immediate credentialing)
- 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required
- A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness
