Drive Growth.We are looking for a hands-on concrete industry expert who understands concrete from the plant to the jobsite — someone who can confidently work with contractors, engineers, developers, dispatch, and operations teams while driving new business and maintaining strong customer relationships and quality assurance.Relocation to Massachusetts is required for this roleApply today to become part of a company built on hard work, expertise, and commitment to excellence!Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, municipalities, and project managersIdentify and grow new Ready-Mix and Aggregate sales opportunitiesPrepare bids, pricing proposals, and supply agreementsManage and grow existing customer accounts while expanding market shareMeet or exceed sales and profitability goalsTechnical Concrete SupportProvide expertise on concrete mix designs, aggregate specifications, and product performanceReview plans and specifications to recommend appropriate material solutionsTroubleshoot field and product performance issuesSupport customers with technical guidance and jobsite coordinationEnsure compliance with ACI, ASTM, DOT, and municipal standardsOperations & Project CoordinationWork closely with Dispatch, Plant Operations, QC, and Drivers to ensure successful project executionCoordinate delivery schedules and project timelinesAssist with forecasting material demand and operational planningRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in Ready-Mix Concrete, Aggregates, Construction Materials, or Heavy Civil ConstructionStrong technical knowledge of: Concrete mix design, Aggregate gradations, Admixtures and concrete performance, and construction specifications and standardsProven sales and business development experience within the construction industryStrong operational understanding of ready-mix and aggregate production/logisticsCurrent ACI Certification (Field Testing Technician Grade I or higher) and/or NRMCA Concrete Technologist Level 2 or 3 certificationStrong understanding of ASTM, ACI, and state specificationsValid driver's license with the ability to travel locallyPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldExisting relationships within the Massachusetts and Rhode Island construction marketsExperience with DOT, municipal, commercial, or infrastructure projectsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary up to $150,000 DOE + Annual Performance BonusCompany VehicleCompany Cell PhoneHealth Insurance with generous company contribution401(k) with Company Contribution | Life Insurance | LTDPTO/Vacation & all major HolidaysProfessional Development OpportunitiesLong-Term Career Growth
