About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Clinical Education Services to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight of the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education programs that enhance customer engagement, support product adoption, and improve patient outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with various internal teams, including sales, clinical, marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs, to create and deliver innovative educational solutions for customers across different healthcare settings. The VP will also be a trusted partner to the Senior Vice President, Clinical Services, and will lead large-scale customer onboarding and implementation initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President, Clinical Education Services position at the company should have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), with a Master’s degree in Nursing preferred, and an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in clinical education, healthcare sales support, or related healthcare leadership roles is required, along with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and customer purchasing dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a background in long-term care, home health, hospice, post-acute care, or medical device industries, and experience in wound care with relevant certifications is also preferred. The role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to travel, and a proven track record in designing and evaluating large-scale clinical education programs and customer engagement initiatives.
