Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.03 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution setting. Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or appointments, and help to control access in accordance with site requirements. Answer phones, assist employees and guests with directions or visitor processes, and communicate clearly with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or security-related concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying appropriate personnel when needed. Maintain a professional front desk presence while observing for unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access or disruptions within the location. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
