Motion Designer

CTG's top client is hiring for a Motion Designer for their growing team in the RTP, NC area! The Motion Designer is responsible for creating dynamic visual content that transforms complex ideas, products, solutions, customer stories, and campaign narratives into compelling motion-based experiences. As part of the Creative & Video Studio, this role develops motion graphics, animations, video packages, product demonstrations, explainers, social media content, webcast assets, event visuals, presentation content, and digital storytelling experiences that support global marketing initiatives. Unlike traditional motion design roles focused primarily on production support, this position plays a key role in scaling the company’s in‑house content engine. The Motion Designer creates reusable motion systems, modular animation frameworks, localization‑ready assets, and standardized visual storytelling components that accelerate content production across business units, campaigns, channels, and geographic markets. This role contributes directly to Project Catalyst goals by increasing speed to market, reducing external production costs, improving creative consistency, and enabling scalable, AI‑ready content operations. Key Responsibilities Independently conceptualizes, designs, and produces high-quality motion graphics and animated content for global marketing campaigns. Translates complex technologies, products, services, and business concepts into clear and engaging visual stories. Executes established creative concepts while identifying opportunities to improve storytelling, pacing, visual hierarchy, and audience engagement. Creates motion graphics, product animations, video packages, title sequences, transitions, explainers, social media assets, webcast graphics, event visuals, and other digital content. Builds reusable templates, toolkits, animation frameworks, and modular motion systems that can be adapted across campaigns, formats, and regions.
