Travel Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)

Role: Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) – Generalist in a travel assignment. Responsibilities: Conduct and oversee laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking. Ensure accuracy of test results. Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment. Ensure regulatory compliance. Develop and implement laboratory policies. Train and supervise staff. Communicate critical findings. Troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure laboratory integrity. Maintain laboratory records. Adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year of CLS experience. Valid license in good standing. Preferred certifications: ASCP MLS or equivalent; BLS. Strong critical thinking, communication, technical, and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to handle laboratory tasks and equipment. Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. Key Duties: Perform complex tests. Validate and interpret test results.
