Key Responsibilities\nYour day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

- Conducting detailed assessments and screenings to uncover clients’ mental health issues and determine personalized treatment plans. \n
- Developing individualized therapy programs that address specific challenges faced by each client while aligning with their recovery goals. \n
- Facilitating evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy. \n
- Cooperating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to offer comprehensive, integrated care tailored to each client's unique needs. \n
- Providing supportive education and resources to clients’ families as they navigate the mental health recovery process. \n
- Maintaining accurate, confidential, and secure records while adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines. \n
This role focuses on working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will help clients address issues related to family dynamics, communication patterns, and relationship conflicts. Our priority is to create a trusting therapeutic alliance with each client, characterized by empathy and understanding, to guide them toward meaningful recovery.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients. \n
- A compassionate, nonjudgmental perspective towards clients' experiences and struggles, combined with a strong sense of empathy. \n
- Effective organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle administration alongside client care. \n
While we welcome all applicants that meet the essential qualifications, candidates with prior experience in telehealth, family therapy, or group therapy settings will be given special consideration. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy, is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
