HR Support Specialist

Job Purpose:

The HR Support Specialist acts as the primary contact to provide administrative and operational support for inquiries from team members, candidates, retirees, beneficiaries and/or Human resource representatives; while building knowledge of HR related topics and issues. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to answer questions, provide explanations, resolve issues, direct escalations and respond to inquiries mainly related to HR practices, policies, and procedures.

What Part Will You Play?

• Managing the employee life cycle (onboarding and offboarding administrative duties)
• Workday data entry, administration & data validation, auditing as needed
• Tier 1 inquiries
• Orientation session for new employees
• Awareness of local policies and procedures
• Tasks and projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp in a human resources role
• Experience working with HRIS systems and customer service platforms
• Proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality
• Superior attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience a human resources role
• General knowledge of benefit programs and basic payroll process
• Experience with Workday

El especialista en apoyo Soporte de RR. HH. actúa como punto de contacto principal para proporcionar apoyo administrativo y operativo ante las consultas de los miembros del equipo, los candidatos, los beneficiarios y/o los representantes de RR. • Responder y atender dudas o consultas del personal.
• Conducir sesiones de orientación para el personal.
• Mantener al día los expedientes, contratos y registros de asistencia o incidencias.
• Conocimiento de las políticas y procedimientos locales
• Tareas y proyectos que se le asignen

¿Qué buscamos para este puesto?

• Requisitos mínimos Bilingüe (español e inglés)
• Título universitario (preferible)
• Certificado de Bachillerato o equivalente (obligatorio)
• Normalmente, un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia relevante en un puesto de recursos humanos
• Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de información de recursos humanos (HRIS) y plataformas de atención al cliente
• Historial demostrado de mantenimiento de la confidencialidad de los empleados
• Gran atención al detalle

Requisitos preferentes

• Grado en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado
• Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en un puesto de recursos humanos
• Conocimientos generales sobre programas de prestaciones y procesos básicos de nóminas
• Experiencia con Workday
