Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and compassionate patient outcomes.
• Ensure all orthotic and prosthetic services meet regulatory, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
• Coordinate materials management, technology adoption, and vendor relationships to support efficient, high-quality fabrication and device delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare partners to elevate patient care, streamline workflows, and enhance clinical protocols.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Certification: Active ABC/BOC Certification as a Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist (CPO).
• Experience: Proven leadership track record in a clinical or multi-clinic orthotic/prosthetic setting.
