Physical Therapist - PRN (Orange, CT)

Constellation Home Care is seeking a PER DIEM Physical Therapist (PT) for our home health program.This is a field-based position, requiring the Physical Therapist to act as the patient’s partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the patient will function at their personal best.
