Case Management Analyst II

Akima Global Logistics seeks a Case Manager II located in the Southeastern United States capable of evaluating and improving a federal agency's case management program by analyzing data, schedules, processes, and outcomes to ensure efficiency and goal alignment, recommending enhancements to optimize resource use and program effectiveness.

Data Analysis encompassing the collection, interpretation, and analyzation of case management data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Support and maintain performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare case management reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and mitigation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support Program with the evaluation of the effectiveness of existing programs andprocesses.

• Identify and report potential case management issues and problems.

• Recommend solutions and improvements to optimize program operations.

• Process Improvement:Support case management research, scheduling, and analysisto identify areas for improvement.

• Execute new processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Assist in the development, redesign, and implementation of programs.

• Policy and Procedure Analysis:Analyze policies and procedures to ensure they areeffective and efficient.

• Reviews case management process, workflows and provides recommendations tothe PM and Sr. Case Management Analyst

• Ensure compliance with established case management requirements. Collaborationand Communication:

• Collaborate with program manager and other stakeholders to ensure effective casemanagement implementation and execution.

• Provide technical advice and support to company and supported client.

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.

• Budget and Schedule Management:

• Track case management progress and performance.

• Assess and advise on potential issues related to costs, schedules, and performance

• Analyzes business operations requirements.

• Assesses current practices, collects information and analyzes industry trends todetermine program objectives.

• Designs new projects/programs by analyzing clients' requirements.

• Makes recommendations to improve systems.

• Prepares technical reports and summarizes information and trends.

• Performs work under general supervision.

• Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues tohigher-level staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or ILO education w/5 years of casemanagement support in medical, social work, and or related fields.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal clearance at a public trust level

• Must have 2+ years' experience in case management support in medical, social work,and or related fields.

Salary: $75,000 - $82,000/Annual
