Store Communications Specialist

Responsibilities Assist in drafting and formatting store communications (Weekly Planner, updates, directives) Ensure messaging is clear, concise, and easy to understand Coordinate communication distribution according to established timelines Maintain organized records of all communications and updates Update and maintain SharePoint or communication platforms with current materials Organize reference materials, guides, and signage for easy store access Ensure documents are properly formatted and visually consistent Gather information from cross-functional teams and compile into communication drafts Track communication schedules and ensure deadlines are met Support consistency in messaging across multiple communications Collect and track store feedback on communications Identify recurring questions or confusion points Suggest opportunities to improve clarity and usability of messaging Qualification sAssociate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experienc e1–3 years of experience in retail, communications, or administrative support rol eStrong written communication and editing skill sHighly organized with strong attention to detai lProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word #J-18808-Ljbffr
