JFS Senior Care is seeking qualified CNAs and HHAs for "live in & hourly long schedule Independent Contractor" opportunities. JFS Senior Care provides services built on integrity, compassion, social responsibility and humanitarian values. Join our growing home care agency and become a part of our caring community!

Clients will be in need of assistance for Non-Medical tasks such as:

Meal Preparation
Transportation and Errands- Must Drive (Grocery Shopping, Doctor Visits, and More)
Mobility (ambulation, transfers, assistance with cane/walkers)
Bathing
Dressing
Grooming
Companionship
Medication Reminders

Qualifications

Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
Proven ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Prior experience in a healthcare or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
Hoyer Lift Experience (as needed specific to client)

*Must have all the following current and valid documents:

HHA or C.N.A Certificate/License
CPR Card
Level 2 background screening completed
Physical (dated within 6 months)
TB test results last year or Chest x-ray within last 5 years
Valid driver's license
Proof of Automobile Insurance- auto insurance policy must include Bodily Injury Liability
Work Authorization (I-9) documentation
C.E.U Certificate's: (Alzheimer's, HIV/AIDS, Assistance with Self-Medication, Infection Control)
Limited Liability Ins
