Provides overallsupervision of clinic functions in the absence of the ClinicManager or as delegated. Under general supervision of the ClinicManager, the Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-dayclinic operations in the absence of the clinic manager. This rolealso assists in the implementation of the delivery of health careservices, assists fellow employees in providing the highest qualitypersonalized patient care, and maintains a positive workrelationship with the health care team. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Graduate from an approved School of Medical Assisting or Nursing,preferred. Certification or registration as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or RNState licensure preferred. Two – three (2-3) years previous leadership preferred. Previous clinic experience preferred. Previous Ambulatory Care nursing experience, medical assistantexperience, or equivalent related clinical experiencerequired. Possesses knowledge and skills in techniques of good patient careand maintains competency through continuing education. Exhibits accuracy, integrity, and flexibility to work multipleoutpatient areas. Motivated to plan and organize work, and to work withoutsupervision. Displays tact and courtesy in dealing with patients and visitors.Able to maintain an effective working relationship with personneland the medical staff. Must be punctual and Dependable. Maintains certification in CPR. Successfully completes orientation within three months.
