Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience in real property and/or business litigation to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and the confidence to excel in written and oral advocacy. Responsibilities: Represent clients in real property and business litigation matters. Conduct legal research, analysis, and document preparation. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and mediations. Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records. Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar. 4-7 years of real property and/or business litigation experience preferred. Strong academic credentials. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Comfortable with public speaking and courtroom appearances. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Team player with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
