Customer Service Representative

Customer Service / Ops Support ALS West ensures that customers’ and potential customer’s needs, questions and requests are addressed effectively and in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction with ALS as their supplier of bulk and packaged petroleum products. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for the order entry process.

salary: $30 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of emails and minimal phone calls.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enter customers’ orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain friendly, cooperative relations with customers, vendors, company personnel & Management.
• Ensure that all internal company communications, financial information, pricing information, plans and strategies are kept confidential.
