We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to take on the crucial role of Bar Back, contributing to the smooth operation of our upscale cocktail lounge. Responsibilities Support the bartenders by restocking and replenishing bar supplies, ensuring a well-equipped and organized workspace. Assist in the preparation of garnishes, ingredients, and other elements essential for crafting exceptional cocktails. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor and manage inventory levels, alerting the bar staff when supplies need replenishing. Execute opening and closing duties to contribute to the overall efficiency of daily operations. Work collaboratively with the bartending team to fulfill guest orders promptly and efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in a bar back or similar support role is preferred. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items, including kegs and cases of beverages. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining a well-organized bar area. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
