Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age (unless 21 is truly required for operating commercial vehicles)
• Ability to attain in-house forklift certification.
• Abilities to stand, walk, bend, kneel and climb ladders throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to lint, heat and industrial machinery.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills to understand work instructions, complete documentation, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers
• Ability to follow safety, quality, and production standards.
• Strong attention to detail. Problem solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
