How you'll make an impact in this role

• Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

• Assist with patient transfers, positioning, mobility, and activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming.

• Observe patients and promptly report changes in their physical, mental, or emotional condition to the nursing team.

• Accurately document patient care activities and maintain required patient records.

• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and ensure medical equipment is cleaned, stocked, and ready for use.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
