Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an HR Generalist in Lavonia, GA.
In an HR Generalist role you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate records and support internal/external audits.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Support payroll processing.
- Perform administrative duties.
Preferred
- Experience with ADP/ADP Workforce Now NextGen.
- SHRM or HRCI Certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Experience, preferably related to employee relations and compliance.
M-Th 7:00am-5:30pm
