Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Saugerties, New York

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a contract assignment from September 2026 to December 2026. This role supports a K-12 caseload at a school setting located in Saugerties, NY. The position offers a 37.5-hour workweek with opportunities for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for speech and language disorders across the K-12 student population. The SLP will collaborate closely with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address each student's communication needs. Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies is essential.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare environments
- Eligibility to provide CF supervision for clinical fellows
- Knowledge of K-12 educational standards and IEP development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
