You complete your pre-start checks, calibrate equipment, and begin producing a consistent, high-quality product. Throughout the day, you keep a keen eye on gauges, perform quick changeovers, and document everything needed for traceability—always prioritizing safety and quality.

• Starting pay: $18.00 - $22.00
• 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation
• Day shift: 6:45 am - 7:00 pm | Night shift: 6:45 pm - 7:00 am
• Shift differential: $1.50 per hour for eligible shifts

• Operate production equipment safely, following all company policies and procedures.
• Keep the area clean and hazard-free; promptly flag risks to a Supervisor or HSE Manager to support the Zero and Beyond safety initiative.
• Monitor product quality against standards using visual checks and basic mechanical measurements.
• Complete equipment setups and changeovers per established procedures.
• Load and unload materials and finished goods as required.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders precisely.
• Log production, quality, and traceability data with accuracy.
• Participate in cross-training and assist with other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited institution).
• Comfort with basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills.
• Interest in learning to operate a forklift (training provided as needed).
• Thrives in a high-performing team with limited supervision.

Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
