This position involves MIG welding on parts for industrial grating systems, which can include aluminum, steel, or other metals. Candidates must also be skilled in performing fitting tasks.
Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metals including aluminum and steel.
• Engage in fitting tasks as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication processes.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Collaborate as a shop helper when necessary.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Experience in fabrication and industrial fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of weld symbols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with press brakes and metal grinders.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
