Job Title RN – Private Duty, In-Home, 1:1, Mon–Sat Daytime Location FirstLight Home Care of North Tampa & East Pasco, 20701 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33647 Employment Type Full Time Responsibilities Provide one-to-one, in-home nursing care to patients in the North Tampa, East Pasco, or West Pasco regions. Implement patient-centered geriatric care delivery plans. Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, patient families, and care coordinators. Document all patient care and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record. Travel to patient homes and adhere to scheduled visit times. Maintain a flexible schedule, working on a per-visit basis as assigned. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Current RN license in Florida. Minimum of two years RN clinical experience in acute care, SNF, hospice, or home health. CPR certification and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation; experience with Axxess software is helpful. Benefits Competitive hourly pay per visit. Travel mileage reimbursement.
