Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Business Owners to manage backlogs, dependencies, and risks. Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Lean-Agile practices and SAFe principles. Partner closely with technical leads, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment between delivery and technical strategy. Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional technical teams to support solution design, integration, and delivery. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Monitor and report on ART performance metrics, including velocity, quality, and delivery timelines. Identify and remove systemic impediments to flow and delivery across teams.
