Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, Missouri, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible neonatologist to join their team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners. This role involves providing in-house coverage across three NICU facilities, including a regional perinatal referral center. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to comprehensive neonatal care with advanced ventilator support and active involvement in QI initiatives. Practice Info * Team of BC neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners * Comprehensive neonatal care with advanced ventilator support * Three NICU's: a 49-bed Level-IIIB NICU (main unit), a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, and one growing Level-II NICU * Main unit is a regional perinatal referral center offering iNO, HFOV and HFJV, therapeutic hypothermia, and a highly successful ELGAN program for infants as young as 22 weeks gestation * Over 450 annual admissions and an ADC of 30 at the main unit * Robust telehealth supports out-of-house coverage sites and regional delivery service Responsibilities * Provide in-house coverage for Saint Luke's Health System * Actively involve in the practice's QI initiatives * Pursue individual areas of interest Compensation * Generous Sign-On bonus * Relocation assistance * Competitive compensation package Benefits * Medical * Dental * Vision * Life * Disability * Healthcare FSA * Dependent Care FSA and HSAs * 401k plan * Employee Stock Purchase Program Requirements * BE/BC neonatologist
