What We're Looking For

New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply! Whether you're beginning your career or bringing years of experience, we're committed to helping you grow and succeed.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A positive, patient-focused mindset
• A desire to learn, grow, and expand their clinical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with digital technology such as digital x-rays, intraoral scanners, VELscope, Diagnodent, and electronic health records (preferred but not required)
• A commitment to delivering preventive care and helping patients achieve optimal oral health

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as needed
• Ability to attend periodic virtual and/or in-person training sessions throughout the year

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions and must be completed prior to employment.
