A rewarding full-time opportunity is open for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to work with high school students during the 26/27 academic year. This contract position involves supporting a caseload of approximately 50-60 students, including responsibilities for out-of-district (OOD) and parochial placements. Desired Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Prior experience in school-based or high school SLP settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Dedication to providing exceptional support and advocacy for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Document student progress and maintain confidentiality in accordance with state and federal requirements
• Consult with other professionals, attending meetings as needed for OOD and parochial student support
• Provide resources and guidance for teachers and parents to foster student development
