• Utilize our proven systems to generate and nurture leads, expanding your client base.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate practices and regulations.

• Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with the Nassau-Suffolk real estate market is a plus.
