PHYSICAL THERAPIST – LINDEN, NJ

FOX Rehabilitation is recruiting licensed Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional one‑on‑one care to older adults throughout Linden, NJ and surrounding communities. In this independent, client‑centered role you will provide in‑home, senior living, and virtual services to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy to older adults in private residences, senior living communities, independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatments. Document session details within FOX’s EMR system, complying with regulatory standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes PTs, OTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists. Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff on safety, function, and aging‑in‑place strategies. Offer telehealth or virtual care when appropriate to expand access and flexibility.
