Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integrations across Oracle Cloud applications, third-party systems, and on-premises platforms. The role focuses on building scalable integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, CX and third-party applications.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP-based integrations, APIs, and web services.
• Configure OIC integration patterns, connections, lookups, mappings, schedules, and fault handling.
• Develop integrations using Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter, HCM Cloud Adapter, REST Adapter, SOAP Adapter, FTP Adapter, Database Adapter, and other OIC connectors.
• Create complex data mappings and transformations using XSLT, XPath, JSON, XML, and JavaScript.
• Implement real-time, scheduled, batch, and event-driven integrations.
• Integrate Oracle Cloud applications with legacy, on-premises, and external systems.
• Develop and manage API-based integration solutions using REST APIs and Oracle API capabilities.
• Design integration error handling, logging, monitoring, retry mechanisms, and exception management.
• Support data migration and synchronization activities across Oracle Cloud and external applications.
• Configure security mechanisms including OAuth, Basic Authentication, SSL certificates, and API security.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, data transformation problems, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor production integrations and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements.
• Develop technical specifications, integration design documents, interface mappings, and deployment documentation.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, business analysts, developers, QA teams, and technical architects.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Promote integrations across development, test, and production environments using appropriate deployment processes.
• Follow Oracle integration architecture, development, security, and coding best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle integration technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with external and legacy systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, and protocols.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud adapters and integration patterns.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX Cloud integrations.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, data transformation, error handling, and monitoring.
• Experience with authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, and certificates.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle API Gateway, Oracle B2B, or Oracle Service Bus.
• Knowledge of Oracle ATP/ADW, Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with OCI services and cloud-native integration architectures.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, source control, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working on large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation or implementation programs.

Oracle Integration Cloud certification is preferred.
