Summary:
Responsible for the operational direction and administration of activities within the assigned departments and/or outlets within the Marketing division. Assist the divisional executive with the development and execution of the division?s strategic plans.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, develop, measure performance, and discipline of assigned leadership staff.
- Oversee the execution of the division?s operational plans in the assigned areas.
- Monitor and control labor costs by ensuring adequate coverage based on business demands.
- Ensure work performance standards, and team member development programs maximize the individual growth and development of staff.
- Assists with establishing and maintaining a consistent brand image throughout promotional materials, advertising, events, etc.
- Assists with providing creative direction to marketing team in development of materials and promotions.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
