A growing Cleveland-area plumbing and mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and/or mechanical systems and experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Review plans, specifications, and contracts Manage project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and documentation Prepare and track change orders Attend job meetings and maintain client communication Coordinate with Field Superintendents and project teams Monitor project costs, labor, and material budgets Ensure safety compliance and successful project execution Qualifications Plumbing and/or mechanical construction experience required Commercial plumbing experience preferred Strong understanding of project management processes Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Profit Sharing Paid Vacation & 8 Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
