You’re a Fit If
- You naturally study ads, landing pages, hooks, visual patterns, and why creative works
- You think in customer objections, buying triggers, proof points, and angles
- You can create, not just ideate - AI videos, static ads, and social creative
- You can write clear briefs that help creators, editors, and designers produce better work
- Experience in health, wellness, supplements, fitness, beauty, food, or CPG
The Role
Help paid media scale by turning customer insight into stronger creative. Requires:
- Hands-on execution using AI and design tools
- Hook and angle development
- Strong creative taste
- Ability to brief creators and creative partners clearly
What You’ll Do
- Develop concepts for ongoing ad tests
- Create paid social assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
- Design static ads, comparison ads, testimonial ads, and ingredient-led creative
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, layouts, copy variations, and asset production
- Review performance and iterate based on what works
Logistics
Contract / fractional, remote. Estimate: 10–20 hours per week. Reports to the CMO and VP of Growth.
