As a Customer Experience Specialist with Ken Garff Automotive right here in Greeley, you'll guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they'll make. Rather than using high-pressure sales tactics, you'll focus on listening, understanding each customer's needs, and helping them find the right vehicle and solutions for their lifestyle. You don't need automotive sales experience—we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to build a successful career. Responsibilities in this role would include welcoming customers and creating a friendly, professional first impression, learning about each customer’s needs and preferences, demonstrating vehicle features and answering questions, and following up to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

This position has a 90-day PAID training program up to $12k and compensation can competitively range from $35k – 125k per year. High earning potential!

Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.; high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid in-state drivers license with a good driving record per company standards.
