Scrum Lead/Master

The Scrum Lead/Master will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile methodologies, ensuring that our teams are aligned with project goals, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. This position is essential for driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality products on time.

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Remove Obstacles: Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team’s progress, working closely with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Manage Backlog: Work with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized and aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other Scrum teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
• Maintain Agile Metrics: Track and report on key Agile metrics, such as velocity, burndown, and sprint goals, to provide transparency and insights into team performance.

Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate effective discussions and resolve conflicts.
