Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Production ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support Production department activities. Each day, you will support process improvement teams. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and communicating periodic trend and performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The work model for the role is: {onsite} This role is contributing to the ELSP Division in Senatobia, US.This Position Reports to:Integrated Product Unit ManagerYou will be mainly accountable for:Production Data AnalyzingAnalyze demand forecasts and inventory levels to develop optimized production balanceIdentify SKU mix strategies to balance efficiency and customer service levelsCollaborate with schedulers, planners and production teams on schedule feasibilityRecommend schedule adjustments based on resource constraints and material availabilityPlanning and analyzing of Sub-assemblies for better utilization of assembly linesOrder & SKU OptimizationAnalyze order patterns, volumes, and delivery requirementsEvaluate SKU groupings and batch sizes for optimal production efficiencyIdentify high-mix, low-volume orders and recommend consolidation strategiesDevelop production mix models to balance throughput and efficiencyPerformance Analysis & ReportingTrack and analyze key production metrics (throughput, cycle time, efficiency, FPY)Generate daily/weekly production performance reports and dashboardsIdentify trends, anomalies, and root causes of inefficiencies from the dataBenchmark performance against targets and historical dataContinuous ImprovementConduct data-driven analysis to provide feedback for improvement opportunitiesPropose feedback and measure impact post-implementation of improvementsRecommend changes to production sequencing, changeover procedures, and line setupCross-functional CollaborationPartner with Production Supervisors on the line optimization strategiesSupport schedulers and planners with data driven feedbackLiaise with Supply Chain on material availability and constraintsQualifications for the role (Mandatory)Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business analyst, Engineering Management, Data Analyst, or related engineering field, Master's degree is a plus2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or operations analysisDemonstrated experience analyzing production data and identifying efficiency opportunitiesStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, SKU management, or production schedulingTechnical & Analytical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Python, R, SQL is plusFamiliarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or production tracking softwareStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma principlesAbility to interpret production metrics and manufacturing KPIsData analysis and problem-solving mindsetBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
