Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401k, Medical Insurance Full-Time | On-site Required Skills We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to improve workflows, automate business processes, maintain data quality, and ensure users get the most value from Salesforce. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Salesforce CRM. Create and manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets. Build reports, dashboards, and custom objects. Automate business processes using Flow and Process Automation. Manage data imports, exports, and data integrity. Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide technical support. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Perform system upgrades and release testing. Document system configurations and best practices. Train employees on Salesforce features and functionality. Required Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
