Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations and develop personalized treatment plans to support their recovery.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care.
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

Active BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Completed skills checklist within one year of submittal for the specialty.
Two professional references from work history within the past three years, including one from a supervisor.
Online verification of professional license or certification completed within 30 days of submission.
Background check including a 7-year criminal background check required.
Pre-employment physical completed within the past 12 months.
Proof of immunizations and screening as required.
Negative drug screening completed within one year of the start date.
