Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.

• Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical issues.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality standards are met.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain production.
• Accurately complete production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience is required.
• Reliability and dependable attendance are required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
