Job Details Position: Travel Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab Employment Type: Travel Nursing Location: Cincinnati, OH 45211 Start Date: 08/24/2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday-Friday, 4 x 10-hour day shifts Shift Length: 10 hours Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,750 - $2,890 On-Call Requirement: 1-2 days per week and 1-2 weekends per month, based on departmental needs Work Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab / Hybrid procedural environment Job Requirements Active RN license in the state of assignment or compact license eligibility Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience in Cath Lab, telemetry, critical care, ER, or OR BLS certification required ACLS required within 6 months of hire; preferred at hire Ability to respond to STEMI call backs within 30 minutes Dysrhythmia exam required Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Travel nursing experience preferred Ability to perform in high-acuity, fast-paced clinical situations Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care Administer medications safely and in accordance with nursing standards and hospital protocols Support cardiac catheterization and peripheral procedures, including diagnostic and interventional cases Function independently as scrub nurse and circulator as needed Assist with hemodynamic monitoring, conscious sedation, and procedural support Respond quickly and confidently to urgent and emergency cases, including STEMI activations Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care Support patient education, family communication, and safe transitions of care Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based nursing practice Maintain professionalism, adaptability, and calm under pressure in a busy cardiac care setting Apply now to take the next step in your travel nursing career and join a leading Cincinnati healthcare team today.
