Utilize training tools and on‑the‑job training to continually develop all Team Members. Adhere to, and hold Team accountable to, all LoneStar Pizza's, Domino’s, and state health code standards. Manage inventory, cash handling, provide excellent customer service, sales projections, local store marketing, and schedule your Team. Successfully manage sales, inventory, and labor to achieve desired profits. Ensure all product, service, and image standards are upheld daily. Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds. General Job Duties (All Store Team Members) Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training Orientation and training are provided on the job. Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential Functions & Skills Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly. Make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Sensing Requirements Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments, and decisions. Physical Requirements Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position. Walking – for short distances for short durations; surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks with linoleum; height 36‑48 inches. Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table. Lifting – bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs, cases up to 3′×1.5′, stacked up to 72 inches. Carrying – large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (~12 lb each). Pushing – moving trays on dollies (24‑30 inches, force up to 7.5 lb). Climbing – infrequently navigate stairs or ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. Forward bending, kneeling, squatting as described. Reaching up to 72″ to turn ovens, change signs, lift objects. Hand tasks – frequent use of forearms and wrists, manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, pinching in assembly of cardboard boxes. Use of machines, tools, equipment – pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel. Driving Specific Job Duties Deliver product by car to customer door. Deliver flyers and door hangers. Requirements – Driving Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery. Essential Skills – Driving Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area. Must navigate adverse terrain (multi‑story buildings, private homes, other delivery sites) while carrying product. Additional Physical Demands – Driving Carrying – carrying pizzas and beverages during walking and climbing duties. Driving – deliver pizzas within designated area; may make several deliveries per shift. Walking – travel between store & vehicle, and from vehicle to customer’s location.
