We're seeking an Estimator to join a growing team where you'll play a key role in evaluating projects, developing cost estimates, and helping drive successful production outcomes.

This is a Direct Hire position, meaning you'll be hired directly by the company and eligible for their benefits and long-term career opportunities from day one.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze CAD drawings, blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements
• Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, processing, and production
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations teams
• Research materials, vendors, and manufacturing processes to determine the most cost-effective solutions
• Prepare quotes, bids, and project cost analyses
• Review production runs to compare actual costs against estimates
• Evaluate manufacturing capabilities and recommend process improvements
• Create and maintain reports, worksheets, and estimating documentation
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to gather project information and resolve issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred OR Associate Degree in Engineering plus 2+ years of estimating, manufacturing, or process development experience OR Equivalent combination of education and related experience

Preferred Skills:

Manufacturing Estimating Experience Process Development Experience Cost Analysis & Project Planning CAD Software Experience (SolidWorks or Similar) ERP Systems Experience (Epicor a Plus) Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis Skills Vendor and Material Sourcing Experience
