The incumbent is responsible for washing, drying, and folding linen. They are to provide the highest level of service in support of the mission, core values, standards, and goals established by the company.Core ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to the following:Greet and interact with internal and external guests in a genuinely warm and friendly manner using professional and Kessler standard nomenclatureMaintain the integrity of the guests' privacy, including confidentiality of personal information and key controlWash and dry hotel linen, including but not limited to bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, robes, slippers, sheets, and pillowcases, according to the specifications outlined in the standard operating procedures.Fold and stack linen neatly on shelvesMaintain a neat and organized laundry roomMop floorRemove lint from the dryerMaintain adequate stock of soaps and suppliesUse equipment according to specifications outlined in the procedural manual and report any malfunctions of equipmentWork efficiently in order to meet daily requirementsSolve problems proficientlySecure lost items according to the specifications outlined in the standard operating procedureMaintain the integrity of Company proprietary information and protect Company assetsMaintain complete knowledge and comply with company policies and proceduresMaintain neat, clean, and professional appearance according to standardsFollow all company safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditionsDevelop and maintain a positive working relationship and support the team to achieve our goalsAttend required training and meetingsAll other duties as assigned, planned or un-plannedKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesTo perform this role successfully, an individual must have experience achieving desired result(s) in their areas of responsibility.
