About the Job Our San Francisco studio is seeking a Project Architect with 5–7 years of experience to join our design‑driven team. We’re looking for a sharp, passionate Architect who thrives in collaborative environments, brings strong problem‑solving skills, and takes pride in producing clear client presentations and accurate construction documents. You’ll play a key role in shaping buildings starting from the feasibility and concept phases, and ensuring design intent is carried through documentation and construction. You’ll partner closely with Senior Project Architects and design teams on multiple, concurrent projects across all phases. You’ll coordinate directly with consultants, lead meetings, and continue to develop the skills to deliver thoughtful, well‑executed, and inspirational buildings that enhance the urban environment. Qualifications 5-7 years of Architecture experience across all project phases, from feasibility through construction Experience in medium‑ to large‑scale multi‑family residential projects preferred Professional degree in Architecture Architectural license required; California license strongly preferred Strongknowledge of planning and building codes Familiarity with LEED and GreenPoint Rated systems a plus Proficient in Revit Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience with 3D modeling/rendering tools (Rhino, Sketchup, VRay, and Grasshopper); familiarity with AI‑enhanced workflows a plus Experience coordinating consultant teams and leading meetings Proficient in producing construction document sets Experience in Construction Administration and jobsite visits Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, technically knowledgeable, and detail‑oriented Able to carry a design from concept through execution Collaborative team player, able to contribute effectively in a studio environment Experience mentoring and guiding junior staff Self‑motivated and capable of managing tasks independently What We Offer Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) Competitive PTO 401(k) with employer contribution Downtown office near Powell BART/Muni station #J-18808-Ljbffr Aetwork
